Hi, I’m LaToya Frazier.
I help entrepreneurs and business owners increase their impact & revenue by teaching them how to package their gifts and expertise and monetize them into a profitable program.
I am a self-proclaimed, “foodie” and absolutely LOVE trying new cuisines. I also enjoy traveling (especially abroad) which allows me to broaden my food selection even more.
I have over a decade of project management and consulting experience working with C-level executives, managing contractors and vendors (among others) and leading a variety of project types including but not limited to learning and development, product, program, and service-based launches, system conversions, regulatory changes and website design and development, just to name a few. I have a knack for translating project needs in a way that makes them understandable and executable. My team and I will manage all moving parts to ensure your projects get done on time and within budget.
